summary
In the beginning the Provisional Government was led by Prince Lvov, however his reign did not last long due to his ties to the Tsar. Kerensky took power after him, but he too was thrown out after another revolution led by the Bolsheviks. Kerensky decided to continue the war efforts in Europe, which was why this revolution failed.
